Formerly known as the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), the Talent Attraction Story is a set of consistent messaging and visual identity that we will use in our recruitment, employer branding and recruitment marketing activities. It informs the words and images we use to bring to life to candidates what it’s like to work at AstraZeneca and inspire them to want to join us.

Having a common, approved story allows us to maintain governance and consistency ensuring how we position ourselves with potential candidates is not diluted or interpreted in different ways. It also brings simplicity and consistency to our colleagues involved in attracting talent, wherever they are in the world.
